Over the past few years mocktails have become more sort after during the warmer months, as people are changing from alcoholic beverages to mocktails, or non-alcoholic drinks. These changes can offer several health benefits when crafted with natural and nutrient-rich ingredients. As a naturopath I prefer to advocate for mocktails and other non-alcoholic beverages for various reasons and the main one is gut health and the benefits of healthy choices during perimenopause and also during pregnancy.
