Strawberry and Almond Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 4 tbsps Chia Seeds
 - 4 tbsps Ground Flaxseeds
 - 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
 - 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 - 4 tbsps Sunflower Seed Butter or Almond Butter
 - 3/4 cup Strawberries (chopped)
 - 2 tbsps Almonds (chopped)
 - 2 tbsps Raw Cacao Nibs
 - Fresh Mint Sprigs to garnish
 
Directions
- In a bowl, stir together the chia seeds, flax seeds, almond milk, nut butter. Refrigerate for at least two hours or until chilled and the chia seeds have set.
 - Serve the chia pudding topped with strawberries, almonds, raw cacao nibs and garnish with the mint springs. Enjoy!
 
Notes
- Serves 2 - Time 2 hours
 - Leftovers or extras - Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to four days.
 - Serving Size - One serving is approximately 1 1/4 cups.
 - More Flavour - Add maple syrup and/or add cinnamon.
 - No Almond Milk - Use any other milks of your choice.
